The right to complain
| Profisk extends 2 years’ warranty (right to complain) in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, comprising fabrication and material faults resulting from normal use.|
The warranty does not cover faults, damages or wear and tear resulting from incorrect use, insufficient maintenance, undue force or unauthorised repairs.
Warranty claims on faults and imperfections usually found by standard examination of the goods must be reported to Profisk within a reasonable period.
The goods should then be returned for repair, exchange, or – if agreed – perhaps for refunding.
